1. DEEP SLEEP SUBLIMINAL
The sounds in this recording will lead you gently down through levels of consciousness into deep sleep. An embedded subliminal track will speak directly to your subconscious mind to relax you even more deeply so you can gain all the benefits of complete rest.
The more you listen to this audio, the more effective it will become. You're recommended to use it every night for the first two weeks then as and when you feel the need. It's best used in conjunction with the accompanying shorter recording, Pre-sleep.
Always listen to the Pre-sleep audio while reading a book in bed for about 15 minutes before your normal sleep time.
This will ensure that your state of mind is better ready to accept the relaxing subliminal messages embedded in the Deep Sleep track. It will also cause you to stop screen watching during your preparation for sleep (late night screen watching is never a good idea!).
